Go ahead, picture the scene:

You’re out on a sailboat, hundreds of miles from shore. You’re preparing yourself to battle the biggest of the big:  marlins, sailfish, or perhaps a giant bluefin tuna, the latter weighing in well over 1,000 pounds.
